Hopefully they'll beat them again, but I'd think they're in regardless.

Would be fun to Terps/Heels again.

I'd love that. I'm not 100% sure if you're right, and I just don't see them beating MSU again. Obviously if they do, that'd def seal it.

They're in the tournament for sure, I'd assume. Bad week obviously, but that doesn't take away from the good run, plus the Illinois road win looks better and better.

Just checked Lunardi, Heels a 9 seed, Terps a 10, with Houston as their #2. Damn, I'll trade you right now!! Much rather be a 10 than an 8 or 9.

I am okay if the Terps do not get in.  In some ways falling short, may be a long term positive.

I think Izzo makes the adjustments and they lose in their first game, and I hope I am wrong.

Yeah the last two games weren't great but the fanbase is definitely overreacting like the selection committee only counts the final two games of the regular season and just makes the bracket based on that lol

Do not miss the following conference tournaments:
Big 12 (where the 7-seed in the tournament is ranked in the national top 25.)
Big Ten
SEC

I really expect a gigantic upset to take place in the SEC. Maybe Kentucky, perhaps Ole Miss. Someone makes a run out of nowhere.

Can’t miss any Big 12 games once they get to the quarters. Hyped up as the best conference tournament in recent memory, I expect it to pay off big time.

Really excited to see how Michigan bounces back from its loss to Sparty. If the Wolverines lose their first game, they aren’t an automatic number one seed.

ACC Tournament is wide open, and will get extremely weird.

Literally 8 of the 15 teams could win, and I wouldn't be overly shocked.

To your point (sort of), Drew and I were rattling off names the other day of who we thought could win ACC player of the year, probably named 15-20 guys between us, and neither of us said Moses Wright. So, yeah, you're spot on here.

Usually you look at the ACC First Team and a casual fan could name 3 of the 5 easily. This year, 2 would be a struggle.

Hopefully Louisville ends Duke tonight. They beat Duke in a good, close game last week.

How about Wake & Notre Dame providing the first buzzer beater of a major conference for championship week? Wake absolutely frittered away a 15 point lead in the second half to let the Irish live another day in tournament town.

Gonzaga enters the NCAA Tournament with a perfect record (and likely number one overall seed) after escaping BYU with a ten point win. The Bulldogs padded their win late, but also showed they were human for the first time all season. BYU shot 69% in the first half to take a double digit lead into half, and then shot less than 30% in the second half. BYU will make the tourney, but absolutely could be hung over thinking about what could have been in Vegas.

Congrats to the Mount! The NEC Champions become the first Maryland school in the field of 68 after a win over Bryant on Monday. Don’t automatically discount this team in your brackets. They play exceptional defense: rare in 2021 basketball.

Wednesday highlight game: Washington State vs. Arizona State (4:00, PAC-12 Net)
If you can watch the PAC-12 Net, do not miss this one. Expect Remy Martin (his real name) to shoot his shot at TMobile. The Cougs like to run as well. Looks like a dandy out Vegas way.

Duke has a positive COVID test, and is OUT of the ACC tournament.

obviously not a Duke fan, but this really does suck.

Wow. Huge blow. They looked good last night. Williams with his 19 rebounds and 23 points. They were still a scary team IMO, but I don't think they would have ultimately won the tournament anyway. And I'm not sad at all about it, other than hoping everyone is healthy and safe.

So FSU gets a bye into the next round?

That's what happened with Loyola this year.  A covid bye over Holy Cross, a win over a covid-depleted Navy team, and an upset over Army later, they're in the finals of their tournament.

To everyone asking, Florida State gets a walkover to the semifinal round of the ACC Tournament once Duke withdraws from the tournament due to a Covid positive test.

Everyone be safe out there!

ESPN worrying about what happens to the Blue Devils now.

It is simple, they do not deserve to make the tourney.  They should be out.
