Noon home games always scare me. Hopefully it being such a big game will help avoid any bad preparation decisions.

It's basically an 11AM game, with daylight savings.

I had not really thought about the time, but both teams need to prepare for the same time. I have to think playing at home makes it a little easier.

Negative. Being at home makes it much more likely to lay an egg for a noon tipoff. I don't have stats to back this up, but it's long been proven anecdotally in my mind and I watch out for this all the time.
If the players make good choices the night before, then you'd be correct and it'd be easier for the home team that doesn't have to travel. But these are 18-22 year old kids. Road players don't go out to the bar or house parties the night before a game. Home players do.

Interesting take. I used to travel a lot for business, and I never slept that well in the hotels. I had not taken in the idea that the kids would be out partying the night before. If that is the case in an important game like this, then they deserve to lose.

I don't have a good feeling about this.
Michigan just laid a 20+ point whooping on Nebraska.

Yall are all sorts of pessimistic. I think we got this.

Wisconsin losing at Indiana at the moment. This would put them a game out of the B1G Title. If that holds, heading into tomorrow, just Michigan State (who hosts Ohio State tomorrow) and Maryland would remain atop the Big Ten.

Wisconsin won, can't rely on Indiana for anything. The Badgers were 1-0 against Maryland this season, so they'll be higher seeded than the Terps in the BTT regardless of tomorrow's outcome.

This is an interesting thing...assuming Maryland and Michigan State both win tomorrow, all three teams would be 14-6. I believe Maryland would end up as the 3 seed in the B1G tournament.
Wisconsin was 1-0 vs MD and 1-1 vs MSU, so they'd technically be tied as the regular season champs with MSU, however....
MSU was 1-1 vs MD, so they, too are technically tied. So MSU is tied with Wisconsin and also tied with Maryland., but Wisconsin beats out Maryland. So I think the seeding would be Wisconsin, Michigan State, then Maryland. Does that sound right?

I think that is right but at this point, it is more important to just stop the bleeding, play well and win the game.

Cowan turnover on the entry to Smith. Michigan scores on the other end, and they lead 5-2.
