Yeah we've all been fully vaxxed and boosted. Apparently this variant cares not. It just TORE through our schools here like wet tissue paper. There are two full 5th grade classes quarantined at our school right now, and a 3rd one about to go down (that's the grade my middle is in that picked it up). But they don't tell anyone how bad things are or anything anymore so it crept up on us and just smacked us over the head. Entire family is down with it now.

Ouch. You have my sympathies!

Any update on being eligible for a fourth shot? I got boosted back in October but per the CDC website I am not eligible for another shot yet.

Covid did a number on my family the past couple of weeks.  Today is my first day out of quarantine, was going to celebrate by going to Merriweather with my wife for the Jack Johnson concert, unfortunately Covid didn't get the memo.  Jack has covid and the concert is pushed back 3 weeks.  At least it's only 3 weeks and not 3 months or wait until next year.   Still a bummer.

This current variant seems to be everywhere at the moment, stay safe out there!

I had something nasty a couple weeks ago that I thought was Covid, but produced 2 negative tests, 3 days apart. Only thing missing from the time I had Covid was I didn’t throw up, or lose any smell/taste. Fever, nauseous, diarrhea, sore throat, cough, no appetite. Good times.

There’s something going around our neighborhood right now but everyone is testing negative. Symptoms feel pretty similar to when I had COVID a month or two ago. Tricky.
