Man I could NEVER get Madagascar in that game!
I still remember the time I got to start in Madagascar. That was an easy win

Nuke MoCo from orbit. It's the only way to be safe.

Events starting to be canceled. SXSW has been ditched, which...wow.

Lots of major conferences already bagged. All the big tech conference. GDC, PAX, and I hear E3 is on the chopping block now.
Vegas is going to get crippled by this when all the big conferences they usually have start cancelling.

Amtrak has scaled back service and airlines are seeing a reduction in passengers.
This could get ugly for sure but still have to hope it blows over.

Johns Hopkins banned fans from the opening round of a D-III Basketball tournament.
Could someone official just make a statement about what people should do, or should not do? How many people were going to this thing? 100-200, maybe? It's not a big gym. Some high school gyms are bigger. Even the first round of D-I P5 conference games don't draw well. It makes no sense to do things like this, but then not close classes. More people are probably in the same classroom at some point than would be at the basketball game.
I've heard everything from. "Just wash your hands and you'll be fine" to "don't go to large gatherings". Talk about wild speculation. Maryland is in a "State of Emergency"...which means...what? Nothing day to day has changed since they instituted it.

Still less people affected by Corornavirus world-wide than Preakness attendance.

Thats the thing. Without some official words from the CDC saying to the world what to do, you're going to leave decisions on major events up to athletics directors. commissioners of sport. In other words, people not qualified to make such decisions.
Also, 12,000 have died from the flu this year.

The Indian Wells tennis tournament, one of the biggest non-major tournaments of the year, was just cancelled. I'm starting to worry a little about March Madness, and even the beginning of the MLB season.

I'm flying to Mexico on Wednesday for a wedding. Very interested to see what the airports are like. Hope my flight isn't canceled!
And yeah, my S&P 500 fund has been getting destroyed the past couple weeks. Given back like a year's worth of gains in 2 weeks!
