The Ravens beat the Titans 8 out of 10 times. Yesterday was one of those 2. The Chiefs will more than likely destroy the Titans next week and the NFL misses out on its dream Lamar vs. Mahomes matchup and what would be a really good final four.

Just what I thought. The Titans are getting exposed like I thought they would. I was psychologically prepared to lose to the Chiefs in the championship game because I thought they were the only team in the AFC that could beat us. Today's game just reinforces how badly the Ravens blew it.

Yeah, I said in the conference championship thread that I thought KC would expose Tennessee's secondary.   Tennessee's a good team, I think they were better overall than Houston in that division, but they aren't in the same class as KC.  KC has an amazing QB with so many offensive weapons.

Who knows what would have happened if the Chiefs had come to Baltimore for the AFC Championship.  Just like the Ravens, the Chiefs moved the ball easily on the Titans but unlike the Ravens, didn't turn the ball over 5 times.  They played a clean game, were obviously a better team and they're on to the Super Bowl.  The Ravens were the better team too.

I thought a Ravens Chiefs game would be an epic shootout. I definitely wouldn't count it as an automatic loss but it truly wouldn't be the massive letdown we suffered last week. I'm sure the NFL was disappointed too because that would have probably been the late game.

No, it still would have been the early game.  The championship games are locked in on a rotating basis.  Last year the AFCC was the late game so this year it was automatically the early game.  Next year it will be the late game.

Ok I was wondering after I posted that. I stopped looking at the schedule after the Ravens lost.

After watching the Titans, yesterday, I am even more convinced had the Ravens scored, on that first drive or had Brown caught, what I think would have been a sure TD on the second drive, the Ravens would have won handily.

The Chiefs eventually got ahead, and when that happened Tenn, lost their edge.

A finger tip longer on Andrews and two lousy yards and the game is totally different. Annoying to think about for sure

After piling up 530 yards, I didn't think much of Tennessee's defense and knew the Chiefs would pretty much do whatever they wanted.  The question was would they turn the ball over and allow the Titans to keep their mojo going.  They didn't and the outcome is pretty much what I expected and did expect before they played the Ravens.  Just makes me that much more bitter about the loss.

I can't say I am bitter, but still aggravated that I did not get to go to a game yesterday at the Bank.  I honestly believe the Ravens beat the Titans 8 out of 10, and I think we could have given the Chiefs a hell of a game with a good chance of winning.  Didn't happen so let's concentrate in filling some weaknesses and give it another run next year.
