Yea, it won't surprise me if they drop the other guy they signed for another Olineman.
Makes sense, although having Ellis on the team protects them in case of another injury.

Yea but if you drop him, will he get picked up?
You may even be able to get him to the PS.

Saw this on twitter:
The Ravens blitz an NFL high 50% of the time and get pressure on 22.4% of Qb dropbacks The 49ers blitz 16% of the time and get pressure on an NFL high 31.5% of dropbacks

For Lamar's next trick he is going to loft a pass at the 40 yard line and run under it for a touchdown.
All Raven receivers stay close to the line of scrimmage and the SF defenders do the same and since Lamar is the fastest man on the field he easily runs under the loft pass at the 10 and cruises in for a TD.

Ellis is a 6 year vet, could be wrong, but I do not think he is eligible for PS

Weather looks dreadful -- would have to imagine that benefits the 49ers.

A weather guy I follow on FB said (yesterday) that the rain may hold off for the game or, at the very least, not be that bad.
Tailgating will suck though.
I got a brand new canopy so that's not a problem. More worried when I get inside and there is no cover.

Good Post, but I really don't see the last part as a big problem. The Ravens are not winning because they are catching teams, by surprise. There is plenty of film on the Ravens and Lamar. Teams have tried so much different stuff on the Ravens, but the Ravens adjust and just keep scoring.
We may get beat, but I doubt whether it is going to be because of a magic formula. I do think teams will get better at defending us, because no one has ever scored per possession as effectively as the Ravens, but we are good, I think very good, and continue to get good results.
You are right, the Ravens offense is not something that is a surprise to anyone. But it is certainly an advantage to have played it vs. having to try and defense it for the first time. You get the luxury of being able to see what didn't work so well the last time and making adjustments. The Ravens aren't likely to change a whole lot because what they have been doing has worked against everyone. Why change it? The question is does any defense have the personnel and the discipline to run a defense that can slow down the Ravens attack. I'm sure there is a scheme that can handle it, but I don't know that any team has the type of players needed to be successful with that scheme and they certainly don't have experience with it.

Well it looks like we'll get to see how the Ravens offense handles bad weather. Temps supposed to hover right around 40 degrees with the heaviest rain moving in right around game time and continuing through the game. It will be a good test for the playoffs where weather might be a factor.

Latest weather forecast I have is Cold, heavy rain for most of the game. Temps will be around 40 degrees and the heaviest rain moves in right before game time lasting pretty much through the afternoon.

Sincerely, I wish you the best. There just doesn't seem like anyway that it won't be miserable out there tomorrow. But if the Ravens win, it will at least make it worthwhile for you!
