Really looking forward to this game.  It will be a good test for both teams.  We are one win from sweeping a good NFC West Division.  Let's Go Ravens

Looks like it's going to be a wet game.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

I will be there either way.  When it comes to football and the Ravens, I am too dumb to come in out of the rain.

Ravens are 6 point favorites. That’s a higher number than I would have thought.

I am so pumped for this game. It'll be great to see how the defense matches up against Shanahan. I think we'll see him stretch the LBs horizontally with play action and try and run routes up the seams at it. He's a pro at scheming to weaknesses.

It'll also be fun to see what Roman does, how much of this is pre-game scheme, how much of this is in game reactions? Teams are showing what they want to do and he just has to pick the response off the play sheet. Now that the offense is comfortable running all the facets of the offense, I just don't know how you stop it.

I think it'll push to over 7.5 when it's all said and done. Vegas probably shouldn't be shy about moving that line, there is so much favorable action on the Ravens right now because they are fun to watch and they've so thoroughly crushed all the other lines.

Apparently betting action was 5 to 1 in favor of Baltimore this week. On the road. Across the country. Against a top 10 defense.

Ravens are 9 - 2  1ST PLACE IN THE DIVISION AND 2ND SEEDED TEAM IN THE AFC (Partly to do with the Patriots ridiculous home field). Former NFL REF John Parry said that the 2 tripping calls were absurd. They destroyed 2 Cowboy drives that included 1 on the 12 yard line.

The 49ERS are 10 - 1 1ST IN THEIR DIVISION AND 1ST SEED IN THE NFC

COMMON OPPONENTS                                      49ERS                                                RAVENS

CARDINALS                                            W 36-26 (home) W 28-25 (away)             W 23 - 17 (home) (SEASON OPENER)

SEAHAWKS                                                    L 27 - 24 (home)                                W 30 - 16 (away)

RAMS                                                              W 20 - 7    (home)                                 W 45 - 6 (away)

STEELERS                                                       W 24 - 20  (home)                               W 26 - 23 (away)

I'm expecting a game similar to the Seattle game wit us as a comp.

Im going 35-16 Ravens

Did not read past the headline, but this article states the 49ers are the first 10-1 team in a decade to be an underdog.

I'm scared that SF is fully healthy and the Ravens just lost Skura for the year.

This will be their toughest game of the year. I don't think it'll be a blowout.

24-14 Ravens.

Basically, you don't.  You just pray the Ravens beat themselves.

Don't panic....... "Skura is currently second in Pro Bowl voting, illustrating his popularity among Ravens and NFL fans. His departure due to injury will be difficult for his teammates to bear, but there's hope that his absence won't be as noticeable at least in one phase of Baltimore's offense. Pro Football Focus ranks Skura as the NFL's 22nd best center in pass blocking with a grade of 63.9, which places him directly behind veteran Eagles center Jason Kelce, but well off the mark established by the league's elite."

Do you think Pecko and Ellis have been downgrades to Pierce?

They aren't as good as Pierce.

We have jumped on teams the last few weeks, so the run game has gone away..plus, we are playing a great running team and a team that will not go away from it, so having Pierce back is a big help.

From Harbaugh's interview I heard yesterday, he's not planning to play him.

From Harbaugh's interview I heard yesterday, he's not planning to play him.

What did he say?

He was running on the field before the game on Sunday.

None of the beat writers have any news of any press conference yesterday.
