I think it’s fair to say they aren’t top 10 because there is so much uncertainty even though there is good talent but saying there are only 8 worst systems seems to be a pretty poor thought, especially when no one else is even close to that down on them.

It’s easy to see why he thinks it though.

He is more down on Rutschman than almost anyone...he doesn’t like Mountcastle and I haven’t seen him say a lot of good about anyone else.

I thought it was a little strange that he didn't mention Rutschman in his O's writeup, given that he rated him as the O's #1 prospect and #10 overall.
