The Patriots are 6-0 going into their game tomorrow night at the Jets.

Season to-date:

Steelers 33-3.

@Dolphins 43-0.

Jets 30-14.

@Bills 16-10.

@Redskins 33-7

Giants 35-14.

In addition to their game tomorrow night, New England will host the Browns next Sunday while the Ravens are off.

ESPN's Match-up Predictor currently gives NE a 61.3% chance of winning in Baltimore.

Might this be the last time the Ravens face Belichick and Brady?

The Patriots have been to the AFC Championship Game 8 consecutive years. Hosting that game 5 times.

They’ve played no one of note outside of the Bills.

This will be their biggest test yet, by far.

Ours too.

M&T is going to be insane in two weeks. Can’t wait!

IF the Jets play like they did vs. Dallas last week, and Cleveland shows up next weekend, they could be tested before our game, but yeah. Should be great. I know the Ravens and the stadium will be up for it.

I am away, from Thursday through the the following Saturday night.  I planned my vacation, to coincide with the bye, and to make sure I was back for the Patriots game.  I can't wait for the game.  I hope the Pats are undefeated, because I think we have a good chance of getting them.

Go Ravens.

Dropped a good chunk of change on tickets for this one. It'll be my first night game at M&T, so definitely looking forward to it.

Winnable game no matter what NE does the next 2 games.

I’m really interested in what Bill B does to try and neutralize Lamar’s running. We all know he likes to take away the other teams biggest threat and Lamar is our biggest threat.

Perhaps they try to do what LA did in the playoffs?

Much superior personnel but that was what Miami tried to do. In many ways, what Lamar did to Seattle scheme wouldn't have made a huge difference, IMO. But I would want to go back and watch the tape on his long runs to see how Seattle defended it and if it was just Lamar doing his thing or if it was in fact a scheme thing.

I know that LA brought in their lighter personnel, but the story of that game was that the Chargers said the Ravens O-line was telegraphing what plays were coming... like a pitcher with a tell.

I don't know exactly how they'll do it, or what personnel they'll use, but I think the Patriots will treat Lamar more as a runner than a thrower and make him beat them with his arm. Easier said than done, I realize.

I imagine Collins will be used to spy Lamar.

Part of me wants to sell my tickets to make some bank and stay home on a Sunday night. Coming back from out of town that day.

The other part of me thinks this is the biggest game in 5 years at The Bank and wants to be there in person.

Belichek will have something special cooked up for sure. I wouldn't be surprised to see him play two outside LBers as spys. Completely take away his ability to run outside either way. Let your horses work up front to shut down anything inside. Make Lamar the passer beat you.

Then again. It's Belichek. He may hold those cards for the playoffs, and play straight up to see how your defense can play him.

We need to do something like when Rocky cuts Ivan Drago in Rocky IV, which is one of the best moments in movie history. :D

I'll take another Pollard/Ridley. Maybe drill Brady a few times, get him off his game. A few hard hits. I'll even take a flag for one.

You have to punch these bastards in the mouth and bloody their lip.

Make it a street fight.  Maybe it is the buzz from the Sea Hawks game, that has me fired up, but I think the Ravens take New England, on Sunday night.

If they can pressure Brady like they did Wilson, it will be a long night for the Patriots offense.  But can they?  That's the question.  The best case scenario for me is for the Patriots to hammer the Browns on Sunday and then go into Baltimore and pick up their first loss. I seriously doubt they're going 16-0 so they'll have to lose at some point.  It might as well be in Baltimore.
