Only messed around with Bloodborne for a little bit. I can see the appeal but my hunch was right that it’s not a genre for me. Too hard haha. I’m not a gamer who enjoys being frustrated by a challenge.

The Last Guardian is really cool, first Team Ico game I’ve played. Very original. I look forward to playing their next game when it comes out.

Downloaded Days Gone and Detroit, still planning on trying them out.

Haven is a new game available on Game Pass and it’s pretty much the video game version of the comic book Saga, which is a good thing.

Ico was meh IMO but Shadow of the Colosssus is really good and thats without playing the remake. I've heard the remake makes it even better. Id play that if you get the chance.

I got back into RDR2. Again, loving the slow burn. I rarely go too far down the side missions route in games but Im enjoying it here. So many quirky and random things that pop up to enjoy. And I never thought I'd ever enjoy fishing and hunting in a game. Speaks to how immersive they've made the game. Definitely a front runner for my game of the generation.

Im gonna give Bloodborne a shot next. I enjoy a challenge but it really does depend on how hard it is. Also, the backtracking when you die to regain souls before you battle again seems tedious.

Shocking

Another one coming @ 3 PM on Walmart.com. When these big box retailers announce it ahead of time like this, it never ISN'T a disaster. They just can't handle the traffic.

I've taken some devastating L's on this though, I'm getting tired of it, lol. So many times, had it in cart, hit complete order, and then got hit with a recaptcha or some garbage like that, which by the time I completed it, the inventory was sold out. Just brutal.

Good luck my friend. Worst case scenario I think you'll be able to grab one by February

Shocking

Looks like a few lucky people have got the new PS5/Xbox, but it appears that most will be delivered after Jan 1, which goes back to what I read 9 months ago, where neither would be ready by christmas.

So some was. but maybe most wasnt

Ghost of Tsushima is really good so far.

Reckon I should beat Bloodborne first before buying Demon Souls, see if I like their style enough to merit the new game price.

Santa brought my daughter Sackboy’s Big Adventure and my son Tony Hawks Pro Skater 1 + 2. I also bought Star Wars Squadrons and Immortals Fenyx Rising so plenty to keep busy with over here before the next big game comes out.

CD Projekt RED has stated that it will "vigorously" defend itself against a class action lawsuit, recently filed against the Polish developer/publisher in the wake of Cyberpunk 2077's less-than-stellar launch.

Cyberpunk 2077 launched December 10 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One after a development and hype cycle that lasted some seven years. However, in light of the poor performance of the action-packed adventure on PS4 and Xbox One, CDPR was forced to offer refunds for console sales, with Sony pulling the title from its PlayStation Store entirely. Despite the controversial launch, Cyberpunk 2077 has still sold somewhere in the region of 13 million copies.

Ghost of Tsushima is a masterpiece.  I haven't had a game hit me that hard since Red Dead Redemption 2.
