I think he is one of those guys, that will give you flashes of good, but always falls short of getting there consistently

Small sample size alert but after four appearances Armstrong's ERA is 27.00 and its certainly not bad luck because his FIP is over 20.00 as well!

He wasn't on the 40-man roster. I have zero issue with giving Armstrong away even for nothing. A few posts back Steve expressed remorse that he cleared waivers after being DFA'd and was going to remain in the organization.

Yea, exactly, who cares what they do with Armstrong. In fact they already replaced him with a guy, that may be even worse, the Anderson guy. I have no idea what his first name is.
