I do not think Woj is a starter on a good team, but I could see him being a back end BP guy.

Without much time left in the season, Wojo's struggles in the bullpen would seem to cement a non-tender  in the off-season.

He'll be a Super-2 so they have to make that decision.

Not saying he can't be back, but seems like they'd let him go at this point and work back on a minor league deal (if he wanted to come back).

Yeah I can't see much of a future for Woj if he's struggling in the bullpen

Heard really good things about him as a person (for what it's worth) from a few guys I know close to the team, so I wish him well.

He seemed to throw harder last year.   Maybe he was just not able to build up the arm strength this year.  Also his problems in the early innings did not bode well for him when he went to the pen.

Yeah, he threw harder last year.  I like the guy - think he adds a level of maturity on the mound and some versatility.  Most of the players who get DFA'd don't get claimed by another team, but I wouldn't be surprised if another team takes a chance on him for the stretch.

And the hair helps.

He's supposed to start for the Yankees tonight. Has a 5.68 ERA in 12.2 innings in AAA this year.
