Islanders can win two more. This is hockey. It's like baseball but with less teeth. Anything can happen in two games, regardless of which teams are playing. That said, if I had to put money down, it'd all go on Tampa.

Tampa is simply too good and the Islanders were too beat up.

If you have a chance to watch this video, it's a tear jerker. Makes you reconsider how you view players who play through pain. Nearly cried when I heard Ryan Kesler's story.

What a game for Steven Stamkos last night. Reminded me a lot of Willis Reed's Game 7 back in 1970. Stamkos only played for 2:47 and didn't even take a shift after about 2 minutes into the second period. But he scored on his only shot on goal. Likewise, Reed only scored four points and three rebounds in 27 minutes and was clearly hurting. No idea how he was even able to jog up and down the court. His teammates were fired up that he was even out there. Got the same feeling from watching the Lightning celebrate when Stamkos scored. And even after Stamkos left the game, he was still on the bench firing his teammates up.
