Mabry showing his hands. Move the chains.

Been saying, this team is really talented. Give Durkin credit for building a really solid base, and Locksley certainly added to it and looks like he's learned some lessons. Looking forward to the B1G season after Temple.

The skill position talent has been there for a bit... but hasn't had a chance to shine, because:
1) QB play (also impacted by injuries) has been dreadful for sometime...
2) The O-Line (despite a lot of highly regarded recruits) was only so-so.
Watching Jackson operate this offense has been great... he's getting lots of guys involved, he's making quick decisions.
And the O-line looks good (depth too) even after losing several starters.
Everyone will start pointing to the Penn State game in 2 weeks, but at Temple first. Temple beat MD's ass last year. First road trip of this year. Let's see if they can keep the attacking mindset they've had so far, and go take care of business in Philly. Would be another great sign if they do (and a let down if they don't!).

F Durkin. He gets zero credit.

You can be mad (rightfully) all you want... but the back to back Top 30 classes were under him, and those classes mattered.

Well I give you a lot of credit Mackus. Over about 15 years I've probably read thousands of your posts and this is the first truly foolish one. The first sentence is fine if that's how you feel. The 2nd is dumb.

Either Syracuse was dreadfully flat today, or this Terps team might be legit. I agree with Chris, I'll wait until that PSU game in 3 weeks before passing judgement.
I do think they'll take care of business at Temple. While there is a natural tendency to look beyond that game after the early success, I think last year's curb-stomping is fresh enough in their minds that they won't let that happen. And if they need a reminder, I'm sure Locksley can find the film from that game in one of the closets in Gossett, and replay it over and over during practices next week.
