I can see that, R House is supposed to be a launching pad for local chefs.
I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

The city wants cross street to pay $50k for a ridiculous insane restricted liquor license. While they charge the cash cow casino $15k to allow them to do anything anytime. Pretty easy to see who is scratching who's back while the schools aren't receiving any of the hundreds of millions the Horseshoe generates, as promised. Corruption at its finest.

Yeah I don't get it. It's not like there aren't dozens of bars within feet of the market. They act like the market getting a liquor license is going to send federal hill into even more of a drunken shit show it already is on any given night. And the price of the LL....absurd.

The developer is starting to make iffy promises... like "give us the liquor license and we promise to not do bar crawls"... similar things about making rent increases more gradual...

The thing to watch is whether all these promises are memorialized in actual, enforceable requirements... a favorite developer trick is to make lots of promises that are not binding and are soon forgotten with no recourse...

BBJ: Cross Street Market has two more stalls to fill. Here's what they are looking for.
