Took it on the chin a bit last weekend, but time to bounce back! Still above .500 on the year. Sadly, we are already almost 1/3 of the way through the CFB season! This isn't fair! Football just started! Anyway, we get into the meat of the conference schedule (finally) where the action really heats up. Yours truly will be in College Station, TX this weekend for my annual college football trip to see the Aggies play Auburn in what MIGHT be the best game of the weekend. Anyway, on to the pickz! Well, Texas was fun. It's insane to attend college football games at these Meccas of football. A&M gets crazy for their Aggies and they pack Kyle Field 100k strong. Also, everyone is nice down there. We found people to give us free beer and chat, offered us tips, etc. They were so nice, I bet on A&M in a drunken stupor. Big mistake. The rest of the pickz weren't great as I went 2-4 last week with a 12-11-1 YTD record. Barely above water and in the red when you count juice. Time to bounce back!
