Trace seemed to be excited about getting the intial offer from Maryland, so maybe his coming to CP is still a possibility.
I would think a lot of that excitement was because his brother was still there.

True, but it did not seem line Chance's departure was acrimonious.

Locksley is still planning on adding an offensive tackle before the 2021 season begins. He isn't super happy with his internal options at RT and wants to add some competition. These seem to be the primary targets:
The three local options seem to be the best bet, but Clipper is one to watch for. He has some bigger offers and is likely the most talented of the bunch.

Locksley just snagged another massive recruit, as 4-star DE Demeioun Robinson commits to Maryland. He's a local product from Gaithersburg's Quince Orchard HS, and chose Maryland over offers from Alabama, Clemson, Florida, and Florida State, among others. He'll play the JACK linebacker/defensive end hybrid spot in Jon Hoke's 3-4 defensive scheme.
Robinson was just named the 2020-21 Gatorade Maryland High School Football Player of the Year. It'll the first time since Jake Funk in 2015-16 that the player to win that award plays his college football in College Park.

Good news, although I am still stunned when a recruit picks Maryland over Alabama and Clemson. Happily stunned, but stunned none the less. The chance to play in front of family and immediate playing time, had to play a large part.

JuCo C Aric Harris just announced he'll be transferring to Maryland after spending last season at Hutchinson Community College. There's a good chance that he'll step into the starting center job immediately if Austin Fontaine can't get his weight up. This allows them to move Spencer Anderson back to RT, where he's better suited. Harris chose the Terps over offers from Jackson State, Louisiana Monroe, Missouri State, and New Mexico State, among others.
