If true, this situation seems to be particularly ugly. 17 year girl, accusing SDSU football players of being drugged and gang raped at a party. No criminal charges were brought against the accused despite the girls dad going to the police. Hence, the civil suit.

Apparently, the Bills knew about the allegations before drafting him. Also, since the alleged incident happened before the draft, the NFL can't discipline him at this point.
