How Maryland handles the pressure Don Brown brings will be telling.

I'll say it ends up 24-16 Maryland. Terps defense is strong, only giving up one touchdown. Offense finds ways to score, and perhaps is aided by a special teams or defensive touchdown as well.

I loved seeing improvement (other than the true freshman fumbles) from Week 1 to Week 2. Hopefully there will be more of the same from Week 2 to Week 3.

I say Maryland wins 24-21. Going to be close but Hills is getting better each week and so is Diggs. The Terps defense is good enough to keep them out of the endzone enough times to win this thing. I believe we start 3-0.

Pretty excited for this game. Hopefully there is a good crowd, giving the Terps a true home advantage.

Minimal crowd at FSU for FSU and Wake. Looks to be a thin crowd at MD for the Terps and UConn.

Maryland's first series started at the UConn 47, after a Drakeford forced fumble. The Terps turned it right over on a Hills int.

The 2nd Terps series is beginning at the 3 yard line.

No score, 9 mts left in the 1st.

Maryland went 3 and out on that 2nd series. The 47 yard punt from Renfro was returned to the house. 7-0 UConn.

I'm searching for a word that does Maryland's offense justice..horrendous, terrible, awful, embarassing..none quite do it.

Not able to handle Brown's pressure. Took until the 5th series to have a positive offensive play, and that was Hills running away from pressure.

Boykins missed a would be 1st down catch on 3rd and 5 from the UConn 37. Going for it on 4th.

Diggs picks up the 1st, and yards after the catch. Two plays later, Brown puts the Terps on the board with a 19 yard TD run. Maryland back within 7!

That was big. Need to get the ball in Diggs hands more often.

Also, if he can hang onto the ball, I like Brown a lot more than Pickett.

Maryland was forced into a 4th and 9 punt, but a 15 yard penalty from UConn gave the Terps new life within Huskies territory (1st and 10 at the UConn 31) as the 3rd Quarter ended. On 3rd and 10, Hills was running for his life against pressure and threw the ball down the field. Leak tipped it (and was interfered with), and the deflection went to Diggs for the TD. The score pulls the Terps within 3 at 17-14.
