Member schools have student athletes nominated by their HC
A panel goes through film of each student athlete nominated and makes the selection

MY understanding is that these players on this team "usually" need help in recruiting, is that's correct?

Not necessarily Wax is on the team he has 10 offers already. I believe Herbert and Glover have offers also.

I’m asking about the schools, not the Super 22... Membership criteria for the Baltimore Touchdown Club.

I think you must be in a certain geographical area, pay dues & be in good standing

All are welcome some of the areas top programs were in but decided to go elsewhere or nowhere at all

The reason why I am trying to verify this is because I notice the same thing with River Hill DB Beau Brade, who has 8 D-I offer (6 Power 5/2 Academy) and is on this list.  Not sure who it was from the Baltimore Sun Forum, but that is what I was told.

At any rate, congrats to the young men that were selected.

Not correct this team/list is the top juniors in area from members of the BTC, smh at only one Baltimore city public kid on the list

That was the basis of my question, City. Baltimore City does have TWO on the list, one from Edmondson & the other from Dunbar. However, you can’t tell me that there are no other rising seniors from City schools worthy of inclusion on this team. I’ll research the membership list.

You have to be a member of the BTC and in good standing. Not every school in the area is a member and some that are are not in good standing (owe Dues). Also, some HC fail to nominate their kids, or they have some talented kids but might not meet some of the criteria that BTC is looking for.

Grades are also criteria for BTC selection. SFA should beat this team and most teams in the country..they are an All Star of transfers from the East Coast. Duh

I count 11 kids on that team that have D1 offers including FCS and Ivy. And those are the ones I know. Probably a few more

I can say after talking to two coaches on the selection committee they received no nominations at all from most City schools.
