Season 5 has been such garbage so far. It's sad cause I was digging 1-4.

It's turned into House of Cards where there isn't anyone likeable, among the main characters that is.
Rip is a fantastic character though. If he wasn't in the show, I'd have been out a while back.
The white-collar side of the show has gone way downhill, while the blue-collar guys and girls in the bunkhouse side of the show is great TV.

Rip is unquestionable the best character.

I thought 1883 was pretty great.
Gonna watch True Detective and maybe Griselda before I start 1923.
I did see that Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren play different Duttons than the ones portrayed by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in 1883. I thought that was kinda dumb. I thought they'd play the older 1883 characters.
