As they prepare for the 2021 season, the Baltimore Orioles have several questions surrounding their infield depth. While time will tell how the Orioles sort out their options, expect prospect Rylan Bannon to help them at some point in 2021.

Just fouled off a pitch in today's game and immediately walked into the clubhouse. Coaches pointing as if it could be an oblique injury.

UGH. Of course. I was just thinking last night that he might be able to come up and be an improvement over our infield right now.

When it rains it pours. Tough break for the kid.

Not with the way he’s playing this year. But can’t get back on track from the IL.

Too be fair...the bar is pretty low.
I guess more of a chance for McCoy?

Definitely. He’s playing really well and if not now/soon with him then when?

With our current infield the swinging door should be wide open

On fire right now. BA sucks but the guy takes his walks and has some pop. Incredibly unlucky BABIB. Hoping he gets a look in Sept.
I was ready for him to get a look early this season, and he went down with an injury like the next day. But the way they do the rosters now, you aren't going to see anyone new up here in Sept.

Cool maybe we’ll see this guy in the majors before he turns 30

I suspect he is not up for long unless Mountcastle or Urias head to the DL.
He has not earned a call up, but sometimes things break right. Let's see if he can produce and make sending him down a tough decision.
He is playing 3B today.
