For a long time, I usually went to Kislings for wings. They're walking distance to my house, so that's a big plus in their favor. Sometime within a year or so, there were big changes. New owners I presume. The wings got smaller. And the dressing changed from whatever they use to put in the little container, to a small pre-packaged dressing. I forget the name, but it has no flavor. Not that dressing is a big deal for me, but if you're gonna serve it, stick with quality. Since then, I've been drifting away from them. Looney's in Canton serves a tasty wing sauce called the Yard bird. It's their hot sauce (which by itself just tastes like Tabasco...dull) with parm. and old bay. It's a good combo of flavors.

Good news! I saw a dog today.

We made some wings recently that were amazing.

Thawed out a frozen store-bought bag of wings, dried them off best I could, shook them in a bag of flour and Old Bay, baked them and then dipped them in melted ghee (we were on a diet at the time) and then hit them with some more Old Bay and a drizzle of spicy honey.

They were really freaking good.

The recipe I used called for baking powder but we didn't have any so I used flour.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?
