So when I made the original post, the results were:
Jan 23rd 2018
Europe West 44%
Ireland / Scotland / Wales 30%
GB 7%
Scandinavia 7%
Europe South 5%
Finland / Northwest Russia 4%
Iberian Peninsula 2%
Their current estimates with their additional information are:
England, Wales, & Northwestern Europe 50%
Ireland & Scotland 45%
Germanic Europe 3%
Sweden 2%
Think it's interesting how it changed over time with them adding more regions, and gaining further precision.
