This guy is going to be good IMO in either the BP or possibly starting.

I'm gonna cry when Cortes and Castro break camp in our rotation.

Please find someone respectable late in the FA process to fill those spots.  My believe meter for 2018 is perilously low.

Cortes is the Orioles big move so far.     An that is not a good thing.

The kid might turn out to be good, who knows, but it is articles like this that bring back memories of 14 years of losing and losing badly.

We have seen, puff articles about how-Castro-Bleier-Yacabonis, Scott,Wright etc. might be in the rotation on top of this one about Cortes.   I realize Roch and Steve have to write something, when the Orioles are doing nothing, but this is very reminiscent of the 14 years of losing.

We would here how, Rocky Copinger, Hayden Penn, Pennington, Ray would all be big contributors.....they weren't.  I read these new articles and can not help but feel they are re-cycled, they just change the names.

Do something Orioles.

Barring injury, it’s basically a sure thing that Cortes or Castro start the year in the rotation.

Agreed, and IMO, that is a problem.

A ton of money has come off the books, and we are still doing nothing.  If the plan is to keep the money and not fill any of the holes then trade everything.

I don’t have an issue if you bring in 2 other legit starters..which they wont.

Sure they will. The problem, Rob, is that DD's definition of "legit" is just a little bit different than ours......lol

Nice outing today. 3.1 scoreless against the Yankees. Mixed it up pretty good.

The Curse of Nestor. The beginning of the collapse of the recent Orioles dynasty.
