That works. I'll be in the Outer Banks, but will have access to wi-fi.
Sorry about that, I've had to draft from the Banks 3/4 past years so I feel your pain. We will try to keep it as fast as possible.

Here's hoping that tomorrow Yahoo's Draft Site/App is fully functional and doesn't completely crash like it did this weekend.

Hopefully less traffic on a weeknight. So many drafts last weekend and this coming Saturday.
True. But with Yahoo you never know. They've had some issues this year with Fantasy and they did have a year to make sure their draft stuff was up to par and, seemingly, it wasn't.
Fingers crossed.

I hate yahoo. :/
It's not terrible. You'd just figure they'd have competent IT people who could have league message boards, draft sites, etc. that work 24/7/365.

I used to love it like 10 years ago. But then they started trying to get all visually fancy and it ruined the mechanics. Not as user friendly as some others either.
That market is just begging for one major draft site to come out and become the mega.
Agreed. And I'm guessing it was exactly what you described, i.e. their latest update to the draft page to try to make it visually fancy that completely mucked things all up. C'est la vie.

You guys are lucky it's Yahoo. The complicated offseason trading process that we never quite could figure out prevented me from wheeling and dealing and ending up with 3 of the top 6 or 7 RBs as my keepers.
4 point passing TDs, by the way.

Anybody ever used Fleaflicker? I've used it the last two years and really enjoyed it. Very simple and effective.

How was the order determined?
Random, I'm pretty sure.

Posted 26 August 2014 - 07:11 PM

Did anyone happen to log in to Yahoo this morning and see who they said had the Best Draft?
Yeah, that's right. It was this guy right here.
Suck on that fellas.
