His pull rates are insanely high, and he's not hitting to all fields like he did in the minors.

I’d bring him back up soon.

Three hits including a triple and a homer tonight. Hitting .293 with a .859 OPS and 4 steals over 41 at bats in AAA.
I’d bring him back up soon.
Is this just a result of weaker pitching, or is this an approach change?

If I had to guess I would say its a combination of weaker opposition, coming out of his cold streak, and the confidence that comes with that.
As of today: .304/.396/.522 (.918), 2 triples, 2 HR, 6 RBI, 4 SB, 46 AB

MAYBE he can be a bench guy...but I’m not sure how likely that is.

Such a colossally disappointing season for Mullins. Completely wasted his opportunity this year.
Last year he had a 117 OPS+ at Norfolk (not park adjusted). This year in very similar time he has a 54 OPS+.

Cedric probably cant wait for 2019 ends. Been a disaster.
Guy needs a clean slate. Be interesting to see if he can rebound at all next year.
Going to have a lot to prove.

I think he's a candidate for being outrighted off the 40-man roster. In his favor is that the team is bad so there are lots of other candidates. But against him is that the team is bad so if he can't make the 40-man roster here most (all?) other teams would also pass on him, so they probably can get him through waivers.

He hit the wall last September and has never recovered.
