Anyone used it before?  LIkes, dislikes, issues?  Looking at Milwaukee for my fall marathon, there's plenty of hotels in the area obviously but I was trying to find something closer to the shuttles that take you to the start of the race.   I was looking on Airbnb and noticed a condo downtown that is very close to where I want to be and is cheaper than the hotels.

I've never used Airbnb but I have used Home Away a lot and highly recommend it for those reasons -- more space and cheaper than hotels. Plus you can stay in areas where hotels aren't normally located.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

I've used both Airbnb and VRBO and have never had any problems.

Airbnb is a solid option.

When I lived in NYC the guy next to me used to rent his apartment out all the time.  The walls were paper thin so we used to hear rando tourists banging in there all the time.
