And yet, they finished off Axe and Lara..I didn’t think that would happen. Figured it would be very Carmela Soprano like and just come back..seems like it always happens and maybe it still will.

But yea, they keep going back to the well on many of these relationships. Would like some finality to it.

You are still a season behind I think.  The entire last season they were split up.  Might not be on netflix yet or whatever.

I just finished season 4. I’m caught up.

My point, in response to the point Sean made, is that despite there being a lot of cyclical relationships, they didn’t do that with his Axe and his wife...at least not yet.

Good episode to set things up.

Now that everyone knows each other’s intentions, how does this all play out?

I guess the difference with Chuck and Axe this time around will be that Wendy will probably be on Axe’s side.

Btw, I find this odd but this season will only be 7 episodes long because it was shut down due to Covid 19. I’m surprised they were still filming episodes this close to the season opening.

Still entertaining but this show needs to wrap things up. It’s sooooooo cyclical with the rivalries and friendships.
I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

The Beverly Hills Cop reference was phenomenal in the latest episode.

And the way Prince played that at the end was genius.

Another strong episode. I like the current dynamics.

I do too...sucks there are only 2 episodes left.

Chuck having normal sex was an interesting twist.

So I guess it's not a spoiler since it's all over the news, but Damien Lewis is leaving the show.

As the main character and driver of the show's plotlines, I don't know why they're going to continue without him, but they are.

I watched the first episode after the hiatus and I was reminded of how tedious it has become.

Last night was great.  As good as it's ever been.

Lewis...  wouldn't be surprised at all if he's back later.    Just lost his wife.  Sure he needs sometime for himself.

And the dynamics of him being gone (at-least for now) makes everything better.

Back for the last season... episode 1 ending with Axe returning. Billions at it's best is very very good. Hope to see it end on a high.

(Read there are multiple sequels coming.)
