I'm serious about talking to Reed about coaching the secondary.
Yeah as I said earlier in the season, I'd be fine with naming him Coordinator, but position coach first would make more sense.

This one is truly brutal for me. It's very tough to go from the #3 pick to #8 or #9 On the other hand, it's the Steelers and we may knock them out of the playoffs

I'm thinking of it like this: would you like to beat Pittsburgh today or would you rather grab an elite talent and have a better chance against them during the next 5 seasons?

It would be much tougher if I really thought the Steelers would miss the playoffs but I think theyll get in even if we win.
