Well Wilson is a great QB.  I think all the coordinators except STs need to be shown the door.  Also the challenge coaches.  Honestly if they fired Harbs I think it would be a good move.

Not sure it'd be fair to fire Trestman considering he's been missing most of his key offensive players for a good chunk of the season.

The team sucked balls from the start of the season.  SSS was the first to go down in Nov.  Sept and Oct were horrid as well.

They were 1-6 before Smith went down.  They have been 3-3 since then and with all the other injuries on the offense.

They also played the entire year without Perriman, who was expected to step in and make significant contributions. Steve Smith missed a couple games before his season ending injury as did Gillmore.

And then there's been the health issues on the OL all season long.......

I wouldn't judge Trestman based on this year.

Next week's game against the Kansas City Chiefs will mark the first game in Harbaugh's 8-yr tenure where Ravens are eliminated from playoffs

Ravens didn't make the playoffs in 2013, year after the the Super Bowl.

Yes, but we weren't eliminated until week 17, if memory serves.

Nobody knew what Perriman would be.  The knock on him was that he dropped balls.  He could have been that guy all yr and healthy.

I saw earlier that the Ravens are mathematically eliminated as of now.

But to say that the Ravens weren't counting on him to be a key contributor would be moronic.

They could have been counting on him.  I look at how almost all WRs do not come out good.  They take time to develop.  I never make huge expectations of rookies.

If he could have even produced at a similar level to Torrey Smith's rookie year, which his speed element, it would have been a huge boost to the offense had the rest of the pieces stayed relatively healthy.

Why assume he could produce similarly to Torrey?  I look at the statistic provability of that and guess it would be unlikely.  Also a #2 WR was not going to get the offense going to not start 1-6 during the season.

There's no reason to think that he couldn't produce similarly to Torrey. Both had similar skills coming out of school.... very fast but questionable hands and route running.

I disagree that Perriman couldn't have been enough to get the offense going during the 1-6 start, though most of that start was to blame on the defense.

Until rookies start to produce I never expect anything out of them.  i hope for stuff but I can't expect that.  If I were to hire a guy off the street and then say I need you to open my store giving him the keys.  Who's fault is it if he burns the place down the first day?

You might not have been expecting anything out of him, but clearly the Ravens were.

Then that says a lot about the reason they are playing as bad as when the franchise got here.
