There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Safeco Field. And I know that Seattle has some great breweries.
That will definitely be on the agenda.

It's not planned out yet, but probably about 3 and a half weeks.

Wow. That's awesome. I wish I had done stuff like that. Definitely a big regret.
Have always heard how clean and beautiful Vancouver is.

Vancouver will probably account for 2 of those days. Alaska and Yellowstone/Grand Tetons will account for about 19 of the days.

The trip is starting to come together. Booked all the lodging (with the exception of Salt Lake which is likely where we will fly into), one of the 3 flights as well as the cruise. Looking at about 25 days.
But the real reason I'm bumping this is we just booked a flightseeing tour of Denali which will include a glacier landing!
Hopefully we get good weather that day.

Thanks.
Perhaps some written material will come from this. Will definitely be taking lots of photos and keeping some sort of travel log.

Want a third wheel. My ideal trip without leaving the country. We'll make Vancouver an honorary American city. Enjoy.

We'll give you some tips for whenever you travel to those parts.
And I have a feeling I may want to return to some of these places in the relatively near future. Especially to visit / do some things that is being left out.

I won't be in Alaska until August 3rd for the fly-fishing expedition. We'll be near Cooper Landing on the Kenai Peninsula, fishing the Kenai River, Russian River, and Quartz Creek. If you end up going there, leave a few steelhead for us.

I'll be doing a boat tour to the Kenai Fjords NP, but no fishing for me.
Have you been up to Alaska before?

Not really. Just spent a night in Anchorage once, that's all. I'm pretty stoked, even though I'll be "working" most of the time. If you feel like killing some time on a flight during your trip, this is what the whole thing is about. Unfortunately for space and timing reasons I won't be able to do the Arctic Circle portion of the excursion.

But got a little trip to Europe to get out of the way first. Leave next Tuesday. Busy summer.
