Unsweetened with lemon. No sugar no nutrasweet. Nothing.
Like the Pure Leaf unsweet, and the Joe's black a lot. Current favorites.

Make it a gallon at a time... with a cup-of-sugar-worth-of sweetener, which makes it a little sweet but not too much...
However, the optimal choice of teabags is highly dependent on the water supply... where we live now, it's just 4 Lipton qt-teabags... but in Palo Alto it was 2 Lipton's and 2 Luzianne's...

From the store, I like pure leaf sweet, or Arizona Arnold Palmers. That big can for .99 cant be beat.

No one makes Sun Tea anymore. My grandma did and it was the best!. Just enough sugar in the gallon to cut the bitterness but not so much you get diabeets.

My mom used to do that when I was really young, but she hasn't in years.

I wonder why no one does it anymore. Im guilty. I guess when I have a hankering for tea I want it now. Not when it gets dark.

Right. It's just easier to microwave some Lipton bags and have some ready in ten minutes.

Also, I'm getting into using loose tea instead of bags. Definitely much better.
