Is it me, or is it strange that Toronto doesn't host any games?

Will the players break out the extra short, tight shorts to honor the soon-to-be former Dear Leader?

So much for watching the game tonight.  If hiding stuff on Fox Sports 1 is what we can expect for 2018, I'm a bit peeved.

3-1 win. Two goals for Rapinoe.

Well done, even if I'm starting to desire every game to be 7-6.

USA was lucky to go into the half only tied at 1.  They really looked bad at the start, the defense was asleep half of the time and allowed several big time chances for Australia.  Hope Solo may be a jerk but she had a couple of big time saves to keep them in the game.  Clearly the Americans settled down in the second half and controlled the pace of play.

The US women are on the cusp of punching their ticket to the quarterfinals, after a 0-0 draw against Sweden. The offensive struggles of the USWNT only highlight the reliance on Hope Solo....who in a time when domestic violence among well known athletes has seemingly little public tolerance, gets a free pass, presumably due to her gender.
