That makes me very, very happy. Especially if they cast Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern. W00T!

However, as someone who absolutely loves these types of movies, I would happily hand over my money to see this.

As someone who isn't a comic book guy, I don't know anything about the Justice League.
However, as someone who absolutely loves these types of movies, I would happily hand over my money to see this.
Here's all you need to know: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, The Flash and... *shudders* Aquaman.
They can't all be superstars.

I can't see them doing it Marvel style establishing each character before a joint movie, because Bale is out as Batman and they'd have to relauch that (their biggest series) before they could make it work. So then do they ignore their new superman and Reynolds as GL, and just recast everything for this movie? Not enough cohesion yet I don't think.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Bale would be interested in doing another Batman movie.

Maybe it was just Nolan who said he was out but I'm almost 100% positive that Bale said he was done with the role after DKR. Could be wrong though, or maybe they could introduce a new younger BM at the end of the movie to set up the casting for a joint movie and tie in to the world. I mean they replaced Norton mid stream, it could be done, but Batman would be their Iron Man, so I can't really see them doing it.
Wonder Woman just got greenlighted this week, and I think SG is right that they've been talking about launching Flash too.
I just think playing off what Smallville established, and filling in the rest would be better. Tom Welling as Supes, Justin Hartley as Green Arrow, then throw in Nathan Fillon as Green Lantern, and cast WW, Flash and figure out Bats and maybe you have something? I dunno, lots of options really.

Sounds like he's just saying the right stuff while on a press tour, look at how public and how definite he was a couple months ago...
