October 7.

The O's could potentially have a home playoff game at the same time as the concert.

They'd schedule around it?  They have to have some sort of plan for something like this right?

I mean they absolutely cannot host a playoff game at the same time as a major concert across the street.

That's lunacy.

Here's what the Sun says:

MLB has all four divisional playoff games scheduled for Oct. 7. It’s possible an Orioles game could be scheduled for the afternoon, ahead of the concert. But MLB, which is aware of the potential conflict, says the baseball game cannot be pushed to the next day —Oct. 8— when the Ravens will be in Pittsburgh playing the Steelers.

If Orioles reach divisional playoffs, opener may clash with Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks show at Ravens stadium (baltimoresun.com)

Looks like last year all four division series started on 10/11, and one of the games was at 1:00, so this likely wouldn't be an issue.

Yea I guess if the game ends around 4 you can herd everyone out. A lot of people may simply walk across the parking lot
