Is there any other genre of music that can put you in a great mood than cheesy 80s music?  I have a playlist on Spotify for just this reason.

Currently listening to "We Built This City" by Starship a song that, incidentally, was voted by VH1 as the worst song ever recorded lol.

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

It is weird that a lot of these songs are SO BAD, but we love them.

"We Built this City" is atrocious.

It's an absolutely awful song, but I'll be damned if it isn't insanely fun to sing along to.

"Bobby Jean" by the Boss on now.

Scandal "The Warrior" -- a song that will always ALWAYS remind me of the Lakers' 2010 title win over the Celtics (don't ask).

Aha "Take on Me"

I think that's the quintessential 80's song - catchy and synthesizer-heavy, with a famous video, and recorded by a faceless one-hit-wonder band of indeterminate nationality.  It's got everything.
