Pretty sure he's not.  He loves MD, loves being here, loves the choice he made.

Interesting analysis from Peeta Mallark on his his draft prospects earlier in the game.  With a deep WR class it might behoove him to return.

I've seen anywhere from 2nd to 4th. Obviously would like him back... but if he leaves, would like the Ravens to get him.

Long was a guy who we saw some people projecting 3rd and 4th (truthfully saw one recruiting guy say 1st)... now he is probably 7th or UDFA.

I'm not the least bit surprised by this result, but it's still difficult to hide the disappointment all the same. This is just one more shovel of dirt on the mountain of evidence showing the vast chasm between MD and the decent programs in college football. But since Edsall is apparently getting a big fat extension this offseason, we can look forward to many more years of the same. Happy New Year!

The best part of this game was McNulty telling DJMC to stay in his lane.

Seriously.

Besides his personal connection to MD, he has that personality of wanting to challenge convention.  Your business can't succeed.... you will never challenge Nike.  MD can't succeed... you will never be legitimate.

I think the real thing to take from Plank is not the $25M he is giving... but his comments about how he's not going to do everything on his own, and there has to be commitment across the board.

Yeah, but if an executive at UA was wasting time and money on a line of activewear barrettes that weren't selling at all, but wouldn't or couldn't change, I doubt he'd stand idly by.

Or the major shareholders would stage a coup.

Or the major shareholders would stage a coup.

And they would be right to do so.
