Happy 40th birthday to "The Wild, the Innocent and the E Street Shuffle"

 

This is one of the Boss' best records and if you have never checked it out, what in the world are you waiting for!


There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

That song contains one of my favorite Bruce lyrics, just two simple lines...

 

"I wanna drive you down to the other side of town, where paradise ain't so crowded...."

 

If a girl ever said to me "drive me down to the other side of town, where paradise ain't so crowded" I'd marry her.
