Glad to hear how great the coaches and players made him feel. I love hearing about the culture being cultivated here. This guy seems like he has a good head on his shoulders. I like the fact that the B1G seemed to be a draw for him as well.

Another running back to throw into the mix over the next few years. Mike Locksley wants to run the ball as much as possible, and in the B1G that's what you need to do. Thomas is just another piece to the puzzle. Awesome get by Edsall and staff.

Well, he may or may not be a "program changer", but he's apparently changing programs.

Terps lose running back commit Thomas to Penn State

Welp. Hope he has a career ending injury the first time he touches the ball.

Just do away with freaking verbal commitments. They are useless. Other programs still pursue kids and kids change their minds half the time. For the kids that truly are commited to commiting early let them sign there LOI early.

He already had a major knee injury this year. The only issue I have with his decision is that he had the injury, and MD was sticking with him.... but he wouldn't stick with MD. Overall though, no problem with a kid changing his mind.

RB also not exactly an issue in the near term with Ross, Reid, Brown expected to come back... Veil, etc.

Um, pretty sure that's why he decided not to come to MD.

Seriously. Soon they're going to find MRSA in the locker room.

I think BoB is referring to all of the injuries the MD team has had over the past 2 years.

Ahhhh.

My mistake.

Carry on.  Pretend I'm not here.
