The Chargers are 7-3, and have won their last 4.

ESPN's Match-Up Predictor gives the Ravens a 61% chance of winning the Harbaugh Bowl.

Chargers are a really good team. 61% seems high to me. I see this as more of a 50/50 with the Ravens needing to go cross country. They have a good defense. And they have a decent offense.

Curious to see if Orr keeps using Hamilton as a deep FS on obvious passing downs again. Think that's a really smart move to limit big plays. But Herbert will be more than willing to take that 5 yard easy pass every time, just like Burrow and Mahomes did. If the defense can hold the Chargers from having long scoring drives, I think the Ravens win. No confidence in the defense though. Offense may have to win the race to 40 again.

I sure hope Tucker has finally fixed his mechanical malfunction because I think this is another game where FGs are going to be the deciding factor.  The Chargers are a good team with a very good defense, but they don't have the talent the Ravens do.  It's going to come down to another, "do you beat yourself" effort.  We're late into the season and the penalties continue to mount.  I do think they should have run the ball more in Pittsburgh(13 carries for Henry is not enough) but it's challenging when you keep jumping offsides or hold someone and its constantly 2nd down and 15 or 20.  Special teams commit a lot of penalties too.  It's just a sloppy, undisciplined team that should have been cleaned up weeks ago.  It hasn't happened so there's no reason to believe this week will be any different.  The Ravens lose a tough one in LA as Jim has bragging rights for at least one year.           CHARGERS 27; RAVENS 24

PS- I would love to be wrong!

It feels like John owns Jim and it also feels like the Ravens own the Chargers in the Lamar era. Well at least in the reg season. So with that Im probably overconfident we win.

Ravens win rather comfortably. Cover the 3 points.

I think the defense may have found their real rotation with Washington/Hamilton playing deep middle and Tre White replacing Stephens as the CB. We lose Hamilton's run stopping ability in the box but it shores up everything else in our defense.

Humphrey has been playing in the box more lately. It's kind of a weird fit for him but he seems savvy enough to do it. He doesn't have Hamilton's ability to play in traffic (let's be real, no defensive back does) but he manages okay.

How many times has Lamar not showed up 2 games in a row? Get ready for a show folks.

Not that he was horrible in the Pitt game mind you.

I expect a pissed off Ravens team to show up. The Chargers are a good team but they are gonna get the Ravens best shot. The extra day off should give the Ravens enough recovery time to be the more physical team in this game that they are.

I think the Chargers are good but I'm not sure how good.  They are 7-3 and +75, but their SOS is .447 which is about 6th easiest in the league.  They are 5-0 and +80 against Raiders, Panthers, Saints, Browns, and Titans.  2-3 and -5 against Pittsburgh, KC, Arizona, Denver, and Cincinnati.

Ravens lost to two of those terrible teams, so don't think the Chargers easy schedule means they won't beat the Ravens, but it leaves me uncertain about how good they are.

I expect the Ravens offense to be back in the 33-41 range this week, barring turnovers.

Can the defense help win that TO battle and get a few stops to force FGs...?
